Indeed I agree in toto with the proverb as if a person works constantly and that to without relaxing oneself than it’s totally harmful for one’s well being. Wait before the feminists raises the question why “Jack” and not “Jill” in the proverb as it’s fact that major of the sports haven been perceived as it’s the man thing but scientifically also it has been proven that men are more inclined to competitive sports as compared to woman.
As compared to our woman counterparts we man don’t open up or share our misery, in result we are prone to anxiety, depression and stress. As for such reason sports should be an essential aspect in any one life as sports not only help one to relax but safeguard one mind and body to be fresh. Any kind of physical activity helps in maintaining one’s body in shape and it helps oneself in decision making, organizing, planning and executing strategies. Playing sports increases one’s reflexes and communication skills, helps in gelling with team mates and build up relationships. Ultimately indulging in sport reduces stress, improves one vital organs functioning along with dealing up the pressure situation. Sports help in boosting ones confidence, improving ones sleep cycle and overall ones mental stability.
Present day work life is enormously competitive furthermore extremely stressful. Scientifically it has been proven that while playing sports our brains releases chemicals which helps in improving our mood, reduces stress hormones, sports even help in treating depression as in one study it has been found that, light sports or a modest amount of exercise has been seen offering similar benefits to antidepressant treatment. Sports also helps in improving sleep cycle as intense workout makes one fall asleep faster and also deepens one sleep.
In modern era diabetic has been a pandemic along with asthma, arthritis, cancer and heart ailment. Sport helps in reducing blood sugar, improves lung capacity, strengthen muscles in addition to enhancement of cardiovascular fitness.
Playing or watching Sport is a boon to people who want to pass their time or are feeling bored. In a play ground one can voice their disappointment, annoyance and apprehension that too productively as none want to be conquered in life. By giving their all out in sports it bestow satisfaction, confidence as well as builds up sportsman spirits.
It’s a game and someday one may win someday one may lose, but the most important aspect is the person aim to pull in cent percent of one’s strength, show character as well as express oneself.
