THIS IS NOT CRIME BY WOMEN BUT ITS CRIME AGAINST MEN BY SOCIETY

A student who racially abused police for ‘pretending to be white’ after screaming at a bouncer for being black has been spared jail by a judge because she is a ‘lady’.

Polish-born Karolina Szumko, 18, was turned away at the Notting Hill Arts Club after drinking half a bottle of vodka. She began attacking staff and then turned on Met officers called to deal with her.

The incident happened on December 15 last year and when arrested she launched into a bizarre Christmas-related racist rant at police, before trying to kick and punch them.

She said: ‘You don’t believe in any f***ing nation. F***ing racists, pretend to be white but wish Merry Christmas to Muslim people.’

Szumko also told a bouncer: ‘You f***ing black, you shouldn’t be standing between us.’

The student, from Ealing, west London, admitted three counts of assaulting a police officer, three charges of racially aggravated public order offences, one count of assaulting an accredited person and one charge of common assault.

But Deputy District Judge Turner told the court: ‘I am not going to send a lady to prison for something like this.’

When she was taken to Charing Cross Police Station in cuffs and leg restraints she also spat in the face of an officer and threw water in the face of another, and could be heard saying: ‘You’re going to f***ing die’, Hammersmith Magistrates’ Court heard.

Szumko has been given until the end of April to pay compensation to her victims because that is when her next student loan payment is due.

Judge Turner said: ‘Racially abusing and attacking police officers and security people, all in a public place, and that’s the result of drinking far more vodka than was good for you.

‘I dare say you were not aware of what was going on, and I accept what happened wouldn’t have happened apart from drinking, you are genuinely sorry’.

Szumko was turned away from Notting Hill Arts Club after being refused entry and then started trying to fight her female friend.

When bouncer Emmanuel Obaseri tried to split them up she hurled racist abuse at him.

The Kingston University photography student, who has lived in the UK since the age of 13, also slapped club boss Ralph Laurila before police found her wandering near the Russian Embassy.

Prosecutor Kerry McNulty said that she then slapped a police officer while ‘shouting and screaming’, and then kicked a colleague in the leg.

More police were called as she grabbed an officers and refused let go and had to be restrained because she was ‘thrashing around’.

She then continued to attack officers in her cell.

Despite the abuse and attacks the Polish-born student, who has lived in the UK since 2012, walked free and was handed 150 hours community service and must pay £200 to her victims.
