Men Earn More then Women (Gender Pay Gap)
We believe that women earn less compare to men, by doing the similar efforts. From may years the same was in every mind, without any support from any research. But is that true ?
Research shows the fact is a pure lie. The American Association of University Women (AAUW) senior Researcher Kevin Miller has finally admitted that the “gender pay gap” is caused by women’s choices. The pay disparity between women and men isn’t caused primarily by discrimination, but rather by the personal and professional choices that women make.
Can we accept the fact supported by research or we can continue the journey with a lie.
